AWU FIGHTING FOR WORKERS' JOBS
The AWU Port Kembla branch has today announced that BlueScope Steel has agreed to an open and transparent framework to deal with the impact of the closure of No.6 Blast Furnace, No.4 Battery, No 1 Casting Machine, and No.3 BOS Vessel. Each department manager will need to justify each Job Loss as a result of the closures.
